imagine being a Nevada-based company and the app, when you search for UNLV, shows nothing... but search UNLV Rebels and it does. want to add something to favorites? good luck! even more good luck finding out how to do things like that in the help section. fingerprint woes (I use my fingerprint and it asks again and then I still have to enter my password). uptime issues, new interface is clunky and difficult to get to games you want to bet on. the old app sucked, too, but was still better.

The app is extremely slow and laggy most of the time. Halfway through making a parlay your bets will be erased leaving you to start over. This has to be by design to add frustration and stress to the customer because it wasn't like this before. Every new update brings an added problem to the app. At this point I don't think they are even trying to fix these issues. Customer service is outsourced to Mexico. Good luck with that. Id suggest Boyd to people looking for a decent sports book

Pros : odds, feature, options Cons: Slow, uses a lot of data and I mean A LOT 10 mins equals about half gb of data used, it also uses a lot of battery 10 mins will cost 10% of your battery, heating up the phone rapidly, with all the resources it uses it still goes really slow, need to constantly exit and re-enter the app and try to put bets in as quick as possible before it crashes. Phone is a new model, not old. Customer service representatives are not nice, slow, and not knowledgeable.
