So before my thing was that this app and the online service to add to that didnt work. Now they have it working again but it is absolutely abismal!!! Why cant I add a person I would like to send a transfer to? donyou exoect me to stop what I'm doing, go to the shopping mall, open up my laptop only to find that I cant add another user to transfer money to because there is a "service error"? "Contsct the service provider" doesn't cut it when it comes to money. This bank is a joke.

There is no fingerprint option or face recognition, so I have to write down my username and password every time I want to log in. Besides, this app does not remember the username. The list of my withdrawals and deductions are never organised. Transactions take too long.
