Seoul 2033 is a text roguelike game that depicts an adventure set in Seoul, which has been devastated by the nuclear war. You begin your adventure as you set foot in the ruins of Seoul to find your family's enemies. Various people and unexpected situations you meet amidst the ruins require you to make choices. Depending on your abilities, the consequences of your choices change. Some choices may give you new abilities or sweet rewards, while others can only leave scars and stress. Some choices even change the future of the entire ruined Seoul.
Prepare for crisis and collect abilities to survive! Sometimes you take risks and open up new ways. The longer you survive and the more useful you become, the more stories you will come across. Achievements achieved during the game can be viewed in-game, and 130 achievements, including expansion achievements, are currently implemented.

Ratings and reviews

Amazing game that I would recommend to anybody trying to kill time. There are so many things to do and you will start to learn how to play this game after a few hours minimum. I can easily lose track of time by trying to obtain achievements and complete storylines. However, like many other people say, I really wish there was some endless mode to this game. It stops you from playing once you level up lots of skills and get many items. Hopefully the DLC can make up for it, I will try to get it.

This game was a lot of fun, if you like text-based RPG's. Several aspects are randomized and there are a lot of skills to learn that open up new material, so it can be replayed. Some English translation issues, but they're minor. But when I tried to open the game, this morning, it's stuck on the title screen. I can't play it, anymore. :(

Love the storylines, the art, the multiple side plots, how every playthrough feels unique due to the RNG chance thrown in. Two glitches currently: sometimes an unnamed "" achievement will flash across every new screen, and right now I can't access settings or purchasing cookies because opening the three-bar menu makes my screen white/gray-out. That aside, I love this game!
