After mistakenly performing a factory reset on my phone instead of a simple restart, I've been persistent in trying to install the BOB World app on my mobile for nearly a month. Despite encountering the prompt to use mobile data for the registration process, which I am already doing, I remain determined to resolve this issue. I am confident that there is a solution, and I am seeking the appropriate point of contact to swiftly address this matter. Thank you..NRI/Dubai

The app is not at all working properly. It is showing an error message while trying to logging in. Error States "Sorry for the inconvenience, contact base branch". I tried all the options base branch suggested, clearing cache and memory didn't work. resetting up app didn't work. still facing the same issue. there is no proper error message why exactly the issue is coming, very bad service. Hope you guys resolve the technical issues, it will be a huge concern with security & functionality of app.

Where do you get these dumb app developers? First, one needs to disable WiFi to start the registration. Then app sends SMS, followed by a second verification of the mobile number, and to top it all off, a final activation code sent via SMS. Now here’s the tricky part: if you switch to the messaging app to get code, the process completely resets! I strongly believe none of the developers are using this app themselves. If they did, they would have made it simpler! Look at ICICI iMobile app!
