I hated myself for being so desperate to use this app. Face recognition is the worst, after dozens of attempts I managed to create an account... Only after I needed to do it another dozen times for putting money. Absolute nightmare, throwing up is even a better experience than using this app.

Identification process never succeeded, after I contacted customer service for help since everything was in order on my end, They shrugged it off by saying it was because of the nationality of my ID. If you have an app it is because you and only you are responsible for its operations, even when you have to use third-party gateways.

I have been normally using the app for 6 months and they suddenly deleted my account without giving any explanations. When I asked they said there was fraudulent movements!! Completely stupid!!!!! I am really disappointed.
