The Benefitfirst Mobile App is only accessible to employees of existing clients. Once the app is downloaded, individuals will authenticate their access to their employer benefits portal. If your employer is not an existing client, please express your interest in Benefitfirst to them.

Ratings and reviews

The most ridiculous part of the app is no ability to type in your birth date. You must start at today's date and click back monthly to your birth date. That's 12 times for every year of your age. It's not too bad if you're young!!! Terrible design!

Always issues trying to login into account and then its an act of congress to do anything on the site without having to call customer service and use them.

User friendly and very convenient on the go.
