It doesn't know how much is on my gas and electric meters. It doesn't update when I last topped up or by how much. I attempted previously to contact them for help with the app, went through multiple questions just to be told they couldn't help because it's not direct debit! Just wasted my time. The top ups never go through, sometimes get a text to say they are working on it, other times thought it had gone through, until I realised on the so called smart meter it hadn't! Useless except to top up

The app does a job. I can pay but that's about it. The app doesn't save me details to login so I have to go through the getting started screen everytime I use the app. Can't ever message anyone for help. Half the links route you through a circle of the same links. And then some of the stuff doesn't even work. But I can pay for my bills which is the main reason I have it.

If the app works, it's OK. It's just not user friendly in any way. It takes a ton of searching for the right option, messages for stuff like peak save disappear and then you have to go through several different menus to find it. It's not great. Slow to update meter amounts, so if you can't get to the meter to read it, or your smart meter isn't working, then you're buggered.
