Welcome to the second version of our off-line mobile Case Management Tool.
Our tool is primarily designed to be used in conjunction with our Web based platform. Survey Responders are license free; we only charge a nominal support fee at organisation level.
Existing Windows desktop, stand-alone users:
A stand-alone “CaseNotes” tool to record investigation notes published by QCC. If you are one of these users, please continue using your existing tool until further updates are released later this year.
Existing iOS CaseNotes v1 users:
Supplied under QCC/Blackthorn Technologies. If you are using the tool to gather investigation or assessment details, we advise you to continue using your existing tool. If you are a user gathering inspection information (through surveys) please trial this new offering as you will find your experience greatly enhanced.
New Standalone users:
If you are not one of our Web based platform customers, this tool will have limited functionality, allowing you only to take Case Notes.
