The app interface should be easy and bold with less icons.

Worst experience using Bookkro. My entire experience with this app was marred by misinformation, leading to a frustrating situation. By searching for available buses and selecting a convenient time, i proceeded with booking, but when i arrived at the bus station, i discovered there is no bus scheduled for the time. Bookkaro failed to deliver on its promises. When i tried to contact customer support, they didn't even bother to attend the call. Its a complete waste of time and money.

Faisal movers are providing pathetic services regarding booking and seat reservation. Advanced reservations means that we want to travel according to our comfort. But when you go to get your ticket they tell you that we're replacing your seat from here to there. If I have to travel on that seat I would have booked that one earlier. They just move passengers like pendulum..
