careful when making a paid account, it is an automatic monthly charge and there is not an easy way to cancel on site or app. I had to email customer support to cancel and they somehow could not confirm my subscription and then charged me again. I'm still in a conversation with their support to cancel my paid subscription. I sent the first cancellation email 6 days ago still nothing being done.

I like using the Bookoo app. However, there is a drawback though. The app is not able to recognize/save Japanese language text. I suppose it is the same for other users writing in other foreign languages in countries around the world. To remain/become competitive worldwide, I believe the Bookoo app will need to address this foreign language issue. For the time being, I will continue using only English with this app even though I (and millions of other potential users) live in Japan.

It is frustrating that I cannot set a low and high price when I am searching under cars & trucks. I do not want to scroll for hours looking for vehicles in my price range. I just end up using the website instead of the app because of this.
