Suggests and inspires useful mnemonics. Absolutely helped me distinguish the more confusing katakana. There are a couple of misprints that might cause confusion, but otherwise great!

Fantastic lessons that really work. App features are limited but work fine.

It uses a good technique. It helped me memorize hiragana easily. Now I'll try with katakana.

Hi Ayment, Thanks for the 5 stars. The idea is to use what is called "comprehensible input". That is, the person can get the meaning/understanding, or in this case character readings, without being told first. That's how context helps. We just released a podcast for beginners over at JapaneseMadeEasy (com). It uses comprehensible input as well.
