Ratings and reviews

This is one of the greatest services available today. They've now added roadside assistance, which fits their model really well. I wish they had an emergency gas service that didn't have a monthly premium. (You could just part extra for the gas) . I'm not a huge fan of the layout of the app, but the service and customer service more than make up for it. Their customer service team(which seems to be one person, or you are assigned a person when you sign up) is amazing!

Needs the ability to edit vehicle information when entered in error without having to go through customer Support. Love the service as long as I am using it regularly, maybe not worth it, if you only get gas every other week. I would like to have an easy button to skip a week. The current place to skip is behind a setting gear.

The reliability will depend on the tech. They either find your car no problem, or they fail to find it it despite being precise with the pin and notes. Most of the fill ups go by fine, but it's the rather poor performing techs that can cause you issues. My work pays for the monthly fee, but if you're paying it yourself, a bad tech can seriously frustrate you. My advice is never to expect every fill up to go smoothly, so avoid having fill ups with a near empty tank.
