Very usefull! You can make payments to account on holiday's and when there closed on weekends, a plus in my book!!! App does what it's suppose too! I haven't had any issues and I've been using it for well over a year now! Highly recommend!!!

Two different power companies same exact app same exact problem. Try to use a new payment method and it gets declined even though there's no problem with the card. Makes it very very inconvenient to keep the power on for the family if you work on the road

I expect more usage information, detailed with daily cost, in dollars and cents, not just (kwh). At least an option that reveals average daily cost, so I can budget accordingly!
