This app really falls short compared to apps from the competition. If I want to order ahead, I have to order at least 30 min in advance. I regularly use competitors apps to assemble complex orders when with family so we don't have to tie up the drive thru. You also can't pay with the app unless you buy a gift card in advance. I don't see much reason to use the app if they are going to just ask my phone number in the drive thru anyway.

I love Java Express but this app needs work. I would really like the option to view the menu from the app without pretending to place an online order and having to type in "yes" to the correct location. it takes way too long just to find what drink options are available before im up to the window. Thanks for good coffee!

The app works great. I haven't had any issues with it. The reason I only give it 4 stars is cause in the tab where it shows your reward points, I wish it also showed you how many point you need to get a free drink/ a discount.
