Changed to a different phone with Android 11 (from old Android 7). App doesn't open anymore, showing "Device not Safe to run App" pop-up and forcing to close it, without giving any info on why it considers the device as unsafe, when the device was completely factory reset recently to transfer all data from old phone. This App isn't a high sensitive App, it's primarily just a Cooking Gas booking and tracking App. It doesn't need Federal/Swiss bank level of security.

Have had a very smooth experience all along. We changed our residence recently. Had thought that it would be a hassle to get the address changed with BP. But it was surprisingly easy. Have been getting the cylinders on time. Big Thumbs Up! There is only one small thing if it is possible. After booking cylinder, if the app can indicate the tentative delivery date, it would be awesome.

I've been using this app more than a year without any issues but recently Im facing issues with refill booking and online payments. It throws me the error "Your request couldn't be registered. Try again in sometime" every single time.
