The Cheogram Android app allows you to join a worldwide communication network. It especially focuses on features useful to users who want to contact those on other networks as well, such as SMS-enabled phone numbers.

constantly disconnect, and doesn't bother to warn you that you're disconnected. I've missed important messages because of this. *edit - guys, the persistent notification is not sufficient. every other messaging app that I have has a big red "failed to send" notation when a message doesn't send. all you guys do is not put a check mark next to it. we need to push notification, and a visual notification on the message. like all the other messaging apps. I've been talking with support for a month
