With the Citi Mobile® UK app you can:

• View your Investment holdings
• Enable Citibank Global Wallet for intelligent currency switching to spend abroad like a local without FX and card commission fees
• Send money in 60+ currencies to over 200 destinations and make fee-free online payments to your Citibank accounts globally
• Transfer funds both locally and internationally to new and existing payees
• Pay your bills
• Activate your card
• View and update your personal information such as address, e-mail and phone number.
• Link your card to a primary account of your choice
• Receive important account information with Push Notifications

Not obvious how to access the bank's "push notification" aka a "token" when setting up a new payee, for example. A screen message comes up telling you to confirm the token BUT there is nothing about how to do it. You are timed out after about 1 minute. Just very frustrating. I ended up using the desktop and getting a text message on my mobile with a confirmatory 6 digit number code. The "old fashioned" way but that method worked. As for the mobile app, the less said the better.

I have constant failures when trying to send money from my account. I cannot see any details regarding my stock holdings. Overall this is a step back rather than forward after the update of the app recently. In addition you cannot see the E-notifications that are sent to you in the App, but only by logging in through the web. Why won't the App support E-notifications? Further problem is that the App will always return an error when trying to save a new payee.

Have used Citi online for 20 years. Have used the Mobile app for years too. Both are very good, robust, always available. No reason to complain after 20 years! Have downgraded my rating because all of a sudden, I can't use fingerprint verification and the settings to activate have disappeared. Also, when making payments online, you can't see half of the details you are entering because the keyboard is in the way. It's just bad design and it's been like this for a long time.
