While a decent baseline, the app's clearly got some bugs. I avoided the sign-in issues by just setting up a separate login (though my phone refuses to recognize the login as save-able, so I had to enter it manually), and had no issues getting the app to sync to my C&G25 - but when I try entering the first crop of plants into the tray tracker, it won't progress past the 'review your plants' page, rendering the tracker useless. Will have to do that manually, too, I guess.

Hello. With the latest release (1.1.0) we have fixed various issues around using C&G 25 garden. If you still face any issues, please contact our customer support, so we can look into it in more details.

The app is alright, but definitely lacking in features. I should be able to move plants from one garden to another or update the dates that a plant was planted. This is basic functionality that the app is lacking. I should also be able to update or edit logbook posts and can't do this either. Sometimes the app will say that there is a new tip, but it will just be the same old tip again. Overall, this app is not worth having for me. I am going to uninstall it and just manually track my plants.

The product that I have (3-pod garden) is pretty convenient. Their service isn't great though. The reorder process is tricky and customer service seems a little out of the loop. The couple of times I've had to reach out for assistance, they essentially say "you're on your own." The app doesn't support with reordering or customer service, so you have to reach out through their website.
