This app needs serious work. It constantly has errors saying something went wrong, it doesn't allow you to buy Club Premier points, and some functions are only possible in Spanish. The English version is more limited and kind of defeats the purpose. I would expect better from a large airline like Aeromexico.

Impossible to login. I am typing the correct account number or email, the correct password (confirmed it works in the website), and the correct security key. But the app is USELESS, it tells me the info is wrong. Also, all the security key emails go to spam. Congratulations, Aeromexico. You have the WORST apps and website of any airline of the world. NOTHING WORKS.

If you are here due the problem Incorrect Information Try again Remove and reinstall the app, or wipe app's data (cache). Then open app and DON'T select English international, select Mexico. Continue the verification process and will take you to the home screen. Then already logged, you can go to Configuraciones to switch to International - English. It work for both Android and iOS.
