Mobile check deposit is finicky. I had to lock the app in landscape orientation from the "Settings" option; otherwise, the check picture would vanish immediately after taking the photo. Next, I had to write "Community bank mobile deposit" on the back below the line labeled "DO NOT WRITE, STAMP, OR SIGN BELOW THIS LINE". After that, I was able to take pictures and submit the check for deposit. This is horrendous user experience, but I was able to get it working thanks to App Store reviews.

Have had issues for the past few years with the app. The newest one is that I can't log in nor can I exit out of the app. I have sent multiple requests to reset password. Takes them over an hour to respond and then I can only get to the security questions b4 everything shuts down/ freezes up or just quits responding at all. If I refresh my screen then everything is lost. On top of all of that, the only way yo close out the app is to use the feature on my phone to "close" all apps.

Updating to let people know this is still an issue, and if you have it, this is the solution: Mobile deposit only works on my phone (Galaxy S10e) if the phone stays in landscape mode the whole time during the remote deposit. If it switches back to portrait view after taking a picture, it clears out the entire mobile deposit form. It has been impossible to get support for this app. I'm glad I figured it out myself. Please fix.

Hi Brad - Unfortunately we are unable to replicate your issue. Could I ask you to try a few things? *Hard Reboot your phone by holding down the volume button and power button at the same time. *Clear Cache & Data of Camera *Delete your system Cache
