CMC Care is designed to make managing your health easier than ever. With the CMC Care mobile app, you have easy access to all your latest health care information and the services you need to stay engaged in your care.

After you create your online CMC Care account, simply sign into the mobile app with your username and password. Once logged in you can connect with your care team using the following methods:

• Securely message your provider
• Review lab results
• Request prescription renewals
• Access medical information including your allergies, immunizations, medications, most recent vital signs, and more.

If you need assist accessing your existing account, visit ….. for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the Play Store cannot be addressed.

Ratings and reviews

Never works. You try to log in, but it never accepts long in, even when log In is correct. Works fine on web browser. What's the point of having the app if it doesn't work?! So frustrating.

App use to work great. Since the latest update though, App doesn't let you log in EVEN when you use biometrics. It takes you to the log in page and when you try to begin with your username and password, bring you back to the same page. Please fix this app!

App rarely works. Very frustrating to receive notifications of information available and not have access to the information. Please fix the app or provide another option to access the information.
