I Locked myself out of my app. Lol over the weekend of course. Monday morning I called them and I was back in. Love the app so easy to use, when you put in the correct passcode.

App is strange. I enter my password wrong one time and it locks me out. There should be a feature where you don't have to log in every time like most bank apps. It remembers you from your phone or you can use your prints to open. Also not sure if it's spam but I received messages saying my account will close due to no activity.

The app is great But, sometimes when you want to sign in it shows a secret password log in but did not set up an answer for that question but I did do it for the other 3 questions I selected. For Example, (What city was your first job ?) I did not set up an answer for that question then get locked out.
