Much more worst than third class app. The app doesn't work properly, not even the least. After trying to complete a task several times but failed, I went to feedback option to provide a feedback about my experience but, with my utmost surprise, what happened next is unbelievable; I tapped the submit button and it says 'session timed out'! What a ridicule!!! Hope the owner of the app won't ask me to contact via email and do something by themselves. Thank you.

Disgusting garbage app, everytime I tried to update KYC, without any reason it doesn't show clicked photos, even if it shows it says try after sometime. What the trash it is, get some well app developers.

Dutch-Bangla Bank is famous for overworking it's workers and trying to do 5 men's work with 2. I don't if their rocket service lags very behind the competitor because of this. Or if their IT stuffs are less talented. Dutch-Bangla is a overall bad experience compared to few private old banks like Pubali. The only advantage this bank still has is the Nexuspay app (if you can complete the hellish registration process), and the coverage of ATMs outside the Dhaka city.
