Very user-friendly and convenient. But for using it, notifications need to be kept on, but then we keep on getting advertisements daily to open FD, which is very annoying

Very slow bank and worst bank, very worst and useless customer service, customer care don't use to listen problem of customers and help you. If you trying to reach customers support person in urgent blocking then u will have to loose the fund as they don't pick up the calls. Very pathetic and poor bank

App is excellent. But everytime asking for mandatory location permission is somewhat annoying. I would have happily rated it 5 star if location permission was not asked. No other bank does this as mandatory.
