Ordered a part for my truck 3/08/24 said it would be here 3/12/24 it is now the 14th the shipping update has not been updated since the 11th I'm getting nothing but a run around this place is a joke I will be glad to spend more money else where at least I'll actually have my truck part I better get a refund if not getting my part!!! Lucky you even get a 1 star

Hi Randy, it looks like your order was Friday 3/8/24, and we shipped it from our Kansas fulfillment center the same day. It was processed by UPS in their facility at 11:30pm 3/8/24 and it is currently out for delivery today 3/15/24. We're sorry it was slower than expected.
