Full of UI fails: finding secure msgs is a maze, 5min lockout for 1 failed pword, outdated balance information, unable to balance at time of prev transactions, convoluted fee posting. It all seems designed to get users to mess up and get hit with fees... Can't imagine who's motivated to do that to "members". Poor system is on bar with branch, itm, and phone banking, as they all are frustrating and poorly equipped to assist in any way or at any convenient time, still better than BoA, barely tho.

The transition wasn't so smooth because finding the new app was a little difficult. I've also noticed as others have mentioned that the transactions with this app aren't updated as instantly as the old app. It's a little frustrating just because it makes it harder to keep track of your spending. The fact that the current balance is larger and highlighted versus the available balance also is also a bit of a pain, if those could be switched that would be amazing. Other than that, the app is great and easy to use. Except for making transfers from one account to another. Sometimes I transfer money to my Mom's account for holidays and her birthday. Figuring out how to transfer money with this new set up was a little difficult. With this new app it asks for a lot more than the old one to set up a transfer to another account holder. But once I figured it out things went smoothly. I also love the fact it allows me to save those accounts with nicknames so I don't have to keep entering all of the information again everytime.

The mobile deposit endorsement is very particular. I use other banks with mobile deposit and don't have any issues. This one is too picky. I've had to take my checks into the bank a couple times after I endorsed foe mobile deposit because it wouldn't accept it. Also, it gets stuck on where they call me foe verification instead of texting a code.
