Tried to use one of their DCFC chargers, setup my account, plugged in and requested a charge and nothing ever happens. Then the latch on the plug wouldn't release from my car, spent 45 minutes mashing on the button and wiggling the plug until it finally let go. Tried calling customer support and no one is available. Why do we need an app for this stuff? I don't use an app to pay for gas, just let me swipe my card! Overall, garbage experience.

I thought this would be easy. However, with 99% of charging stations out there being free or having a credit card reader on it is much easier than this. I know apps and everything are the future, but not when it's this inconvenient.

There was an error in their system where I got charged $3/month continuously even after stopping it twice. Might be a conflict with Zip code. They called me up and refunded me.
