Bad unable to calibrate. I was so excited for this. I purchased all the suggested equipment on there website to make it work as advertised, but no matter how much I tried I was unable to calibrate the system. After multiple times trying to calibrate with projector and screen, I tried it on my tv. The best I got was for the laser to register, but it was always way off target eventhough I saw the laser hit dead center of the target. Really wish did work, it looked fun and great way to train.

The app looks good and the whole user experience and documentation is great, the phone and the laptop established connection every time. Plenty of built-in stages. The only reason why I cancelled subscription was that even after following auto and manual calibration instructions, testing in low light, the laser from Laser Ammo Spider gets detected only 15% of the time.

Laser detection depends on a number of factors: brightness of the laser, impulse duration, battery charge level, how much light the screen surface can reflect / absorb, how far is the camera from the screen, quality of the camera sensor and so on. We have tested the Laser Ammo Spider (find the test on our website) and it indeed wasn't the best.

It can be a bit finicky and the app has a tendency to crash on me, but when it works, it is probably the best dry fire solution available. Wish there was a desktop version available for shot detection though, so I wouldn't have to rely on a phone camera.
