Very bad experience tech problems looooong days to respond very restricted the worst team help ever

I've been a client for more than 2 years. Lately the support system became too slow. I am since Monday trying to access my account but I can't because I don't receive an SMS code. This system is too antiquated for an international bank. Before the support would give an alternative and answer in a few hours. Imagine being locked out of your Banking account for days!
