Doesn't work if your test is expired. Won't connect if your light is flashing green slowly, hold the button again and the faster blinking green should connect (They don't explain this though or maybe I didn't read it properly?? But it could be more clear then) Afterwards I took the plastic apart to see the inside, seems unnecessarily complicated for a COVID test where people are used to the two stripes. if this is more accurate or something, they should explain that benefit more clearly

Went to use it, product recalled, when I try to get a new one from them, every step in the process makes it as difficult as possible so that you give up and they don't lose money. The link doesn't work for their recall page, they want proof of purchase documentation even though they have ID numbers and lot numbers. The app is overengineered and annoying, if you press back, you start all over and have to watch the video again. Awful.

The classic case of some boardroom members being like "Wouldn't it be cool if it uded Bluetooth?" Also, the instructions are designed to cater to elderly people and those who have trouble following directions for technology. Surprise, those people suck at using smartphones as it is... Awful waste of time. If it hadn't been the only option in the store, I wouldn't have got it. Heck, I would have driven across town for an alternative if I knew how awful it would be.
