What a bad service! Like getting tricked by the sales! He sent me the promo of internet, he said that I would get the voucher by claiming it in the app. I chose the promo one with the cashback of 15k. After I used it for a month, the bill was different and it's more expensive and there's no voucher at all in the app. I've tried to complain it by calling and emailing but they told me to wait coz my issue is already in marketing teams hand. No response till now even I already sent more emails!!!

Just updated my phone, and apparently, after updating the app, it says it's not compatible with my device. Such nuisance and also have been out of connection for almost a week due to maintenance. Will there be a discount on my bill for the days my internet was out? 🤔

New version in compatible with my phone,, so i can't open the app. It's totally useless. And don't you dare expect me to buy new cellphone so i can open your app, your service is terrible anyway and overpriced!
