This supposed "hippa " secure app is so horrendous. I've had trouble with it. It gets better and starts working for a while until the last update and now it's useless. I've tried it on 2 different phones and it's the worse. If you have to use this for work tell your IT team to find another app. FORCURA IS COMPLETE TRASH!! Maybe instead of publishing a faulty service you should make sure it works

Terrible I have to use this for work and I hate it. Nothing but problems: rarely works the first time, constantly freezing and crashing, often can't connect to submit paperwork, can't scan pics of documents properly, need to uninstall and reinstall all the time, difficult to navigate. Now my phone (Samsung) updated and I'm not able to put in a pin...no number pad. Tried using the password (reset several times), and that doesn't work either. Just awful. Can't use it at all now.

This has the right idea, just not executed well enough. It has good features and good Concepts but it is far too slow and choppy. It is I feel like it is on a platform much closer to 2010 than 2020. Loading up takes too long, adding new people to a conversation is so difficult, and switching between messages takes too long to load. You could also benefit from a more traditional text box option as a notification. If it doesn't get fixed in the near future I would recommend looking into some other options.
