This app sucks. It doesn't give you an option to pay the current balance. When you set up autopay (at least I think it's autopay), it's called a transfer instead of a payment, which doesn't instill a lot of confidence that my bill is going to get paid. I.e., I'm not transferring money into an account, I'm paying my freaking balance. It still shows the monthly balance after the payment is made and doesn't give you feedback saying something like "Thanks for making a payment..." Basic stuff folks

not a super great way to pay. you can't actually make a payment, at least not in those terms. what you do is transfer an amount you decide from your bank account to your loan amount. the app will tell you what your payment is but that doesn't carry over to the payment screen so you put in the amount separately then transfer the amount. there isn't even a payment button, it's a transfer button. I can see this easily being a problem when it comes to paying your loan payments.

rather pissed off. i just received a letter and started investigating. apparently the money would come from my bank and then they would send it back. i don't know if this is an issue of the app or what. so now I'm two payments behind and I'm just finding out. I'm incredibly frustrated. i sent you the money, what would possess y'all to send it back?
