Ratings and reviews

They will take orders even if they don't have inventory and then not deliver. Ordered some shark for 8:30-10:30 slot the previous day evening. Order went through successfully but today it's still stuck in processing with the delivery slot almost over. This is not the first instance and there is no way inside the app to report an issue with an active order. Recommend other options like licious and tender cuts over this app. Terrible service and terrible app

My experience with fresh to home is nice but lately there is a bug which I am experiencing and I want to share it with the developer the bug is related to the cart. If my cart has 5 items and if I want 4 items only and if I remove a single item then it clears the whole cart without any reason and Whenever I add the same product it gets doubled please look into it ans also the app is somewhat laggy please fix it otherwise the app is nice

This is a worst application. I have ordered chicken, but I recived spoiled days back chicken. They are storing more then week I think. That's too dangerous. Don't use it. Prices are too expensive almost 100%. They are giving cashback for 1st order, but they also we can't use one-time. For 1 time only 20% upto 100 mean while you can apply 30-45 rupees per order. Don't trust any online offers. It will waste your time and money.
