Since the last update ,being able to view my balance without signing in is gone. Also I have to key in my password everytime. I have changed it ,and even then Google saves it,but I get the error msg that it is the wrong password when I use the Google saved .Very frustrating. Also no way to trouble shoot most of the issues without calling. No chat bots or email that I can find. Calls take forever,and then I can barely understand the heavy accents. I Like alerts sent to email for purchases made.

This update has ruiened EVERYTHING! The interface is AWFUL and annoying to navigate. The log in is set to "Remember me" but it constantly ask for my card number each time I log in, and it gives me an error but logs me in anyway. Ontop of that. The "Total Assets." That FLAT out holds a large portian of money without permission with no way to access it. I try calling support only to find out support is terrible and hangs up on you whiten the first 30 seconds. Just STAY AWAY

Mobile App needs to be fixed. Issues transfering money to my bank account. I was able to do it with all my accounts and now it shows that none are eligible eventhough they are US banks. I can't even delete them when I was able to. The FAQ is a joke. No email or chat to reach out. Agents are not willing to really help and have an attitude. Calls take for ever. The website is the one getting me by. Dissapointed, I used to love the app before.
