This APP can control MiBoxer WiFi series products;

After 10 years and $300 invested in smart bulbs I'm throwing I'm the towel. The entire milight system has been incredibly aggravating the entire time. In its own echo-system it works ok but trying to integrate it into anything else is a nightmare. Now they have made the older apps obsolete which makes this equipment almost unusable. I can't possibly quantify all of the hours I've spent using work around after work around to get this system to work. Moving on to a different system after this!

This app is the worst I've ever tried. It has worked twice and one of those times was when it was setup. I can't get to the on screen remote to turn the loghts on or off. I've given up and just use the physical remothe that came with the lights. The timer that was set up doesn't work at all. One of the poorest light control app I've seen.

It works. But that's it. Terrible UI. Sometimes it lags. The controls for the LEDs are very limited. The preprogrammed modes are mostly awful - who wants notorious flashing green/white/red lights (mode green forest/starlight night/first love)?! I don't want to torture my visitors. I would love to be able to get the documentation for the web api used to control the lights, this way I could make (and maybe also publish) my own app. How can I control the lights offline? My phone has BLE and IR.
