Nothing to rate here. Not able to register at all after so many tries. The app is suck and the support call or Line chat is useless; taking days to respond to message, taking 2 months to fix the error from registration issue and yet successful. Gave up already. Hoping the online E-claim channel via email is working.

Only option to use OTP login , don't know problem from network provider or app itself, why no option using email or anything else

This app asked for your personal email and your password. Give permission to access your location is not enough for this app, You can't do even just checking the hospital nearby or support the insurance without giving personal email and password...!!!
