1 because I can't give zero. There are far too many mistakes in the content. Use other sources to verify your knowledge, ie St Johns for first aid etc. I would say the badges are pointless to both the security personel and prospective employer as the answer provided to some of the questions don't actually provide the right option. Employers avoid suggesting this company as you might get people that have been taught the wrong things. Prospective customers go elsewhere.

could only download onto mobile, not really desirable. Was it really necessary to download the app for the purposes of e-learning. Why not log onto the portal from any device. Not everyone is from 2K and not everyone uses a very modern mobile. The app literally locks onto the phone and once locked in you cannot exit app to answer calls. Great inconvenience. Other than for the content presentation I would have given a 3
