I've used Forward for Primary Care for over a year. Some of it works well, buts today the app won't open but to give me instruct me to relaunch the app and update to a newer version. Relaunching the app only results in that same message, with no option to update to a newer version. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work, either

Edit: Almost every time I reach out on the app, I am told that I am using an older version that must be updated. However, there is no update option. Just open or uninstall. ‐------‐------------- The last couple of days, the app won't load. I just get, "Something went wrong. Please try relaunching the app and updating it to the latest version." However, there is no option to update, just uninstall and reinstall, which I did to no avail.

The app has stopped working, despite numerous attempts to uninstall and reinstall. A screen appears saying "Something went wrong. Please update the app and try again." This is true across multiple devices, not just my phone. Very frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this?
