I cannot go anywhere because I simply can never get an available ride. I cannot transfer money from the app's wallet to anywhere else, so it's just sitting there in the wallet, unused. This service is a waste of time and money to the customer. Update: I tried giving this app another chance, and it's the same result! After wasting many minutes, waiting, there was still no response to my bookings from any driver, even the premium ones! I still cannot transfer my wallet money anywhere else!

WARNING!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Firstly when I opened the app and book a ride it shows driver 10mins way so upon confirming my ride I have to top up a minimum of RM20. There goes my RM 20 stuck in their E wallet and customer service says I am unable to withdraw. I tried using the money but I can never get a driver nomatter how hard I tried for the past few days even during off peak hours. Went and read Google review only to find out other similar cases like mine. So do not download

This company is a fraud. I cannot get a ride. RM20 wallet stuck and they don't reply to my email to refund. Do not download. Do not top up.
