In accordance with the revision of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, we inform you of the access rights used in the Hanwha Life Insurance app as follows.
※ Required access rights
- Storage space: Used to store certificates, install security configuration files, and check whether the OS has been tampered with for safe apps.
- Phone: Used to confirm device identification information required for branch phone connection and security.
※ Optional access rights
- Notification: Used to deliver information such as subscription progress status, insurance contract management, announcements, and event information.
- Camera: Used to take photos of ID cards when subscribing to a product and to register documents when claiming insurance.
※ In the case of optional access rights, you can use the app even if you do not agree to the permission, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
※ You can consent or withdraw optional access permissions in [Mobile phone settings>Applications>Hanwha Life Insurance>Permissions]. (The route may vary depending on the mobile phone model.)
※ The service cannot be used on devices that have been arbitrarily modified.
