Ratings and reviews

I used this app for the round up feature for investing . Over a year and a half ago I requested a redemption and it was never reviewed, the request just disappeared. Earlier this year I tried again and only recently received a bill email stating no all redemption requests have been denied. Now I am getting an error when trying to sign in saying it is not allowed. There's $500+ tied up in whatever is going on and I'm starting to think I've been scammed. I have no access to any customer service

Very ambiguous with their processes. I got all the way through the sign up and verification, no tutorial or introduction to the platform. Just an empty user dashboard. I had to go to the FAQs to find out literally anything about this investment platform. All to find out I jumped through all the hoops to discover they have a 3 YEAR HOLDING PERIOD and "Withdrawal requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the availability of funds and our Share Repurchase Program". Nah.

Has been over 7 months since I requested my withdrawal. No review. Suddenly the ability to deposit is also locked out. Starting to think this is a scam. I would vote 0 stars if I could. I want to add they are now blocking people from their customer service so you can't contact them.
