I love the web browser version of hh2 but this Android app needs some work. The Apple/iOS app has way more 5 star reviews and seems to function more efficiently. Our field guys are constantly having to sync, restart their devices or uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. There have also been many times when they attempt to add a job and are unable to (this is even after syncing, updating the app, restarting the device AND uninstalling and reinstalling the app). There is definitely lots of room for improvement and I know hh2 is up to that challenge!

Jenna, we don't typically recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app if you are encountering issues, because it only temporarily fixes the problem. This app crashes and is extremely clunky. It's a terrible experience using it. Edit. This app is even worse now. If you want to change a job code or even add one, you must uninstall the app then reinstall it in order to have it save. The app flat out does not work. If I ever have a problem I am always told to delete and reinstall the app. That's not the way it should be. I give it -5 stars.

App is barely working most of the time. Job codes will not add to time card which is how my hours are stored. I wind up having to correct the entire week on my PC before turning hours in at the end of each week. I cant stand that this is the timecard app my boss insists on using. 2 stars is generous.
