Ratings and reviews

It functions. Usually. But it's common to have notifications delayed by multiple days or just never show up at all. Be prepared to force stop and re-open it every hour or two. Don't rely on chat notifications - although once in a while they might come through. Also sometimes sends you notification for cruises you took months ago, which is really a great summary of how poorly build and maintained the app is.

This app has a mind of its own. It doesn't allow you to search through your itinerary as it's constantly reloading and when you go to a different app it pops back up on your screen. I was trying to look at some tours on viator and my viator would disappear and navigator would pop up. This app really needs some work. I thought by uninstalling and reinstalling that it would fix it but it does not.

Big hindrance - not helpful. Whole sections of the app disappear, gaps in itinerary, even when it's working ok, there's a complete lack of detail, times etc. The HA website is not better - you'd think the information would be the same but no. It's just so inconsistent and useless when you rely on it. So my advice is don't rely on it, go back to paper. For the many thousands of $£ spent on a cruise you really should expect more. Prepare to be disappointed. And angry!
