This app is barely functional. App is very buggy, needing to restart multiple times due it hanging. Support team is almost non-existent due to lack of response to tickets sent to them. Most frustrating part is that the app becomes very slow at certain timings or the day; and there will be lots of barriers during said timings as well if you try to navigate the app to book something. Overall, user experience of this app is just bad.

Poorly designed app with corners cut in the designing of the UI (Incompatible with adaptive dark mode because the text is photolayered without proper background erasure, seriously?) Extremely difficult to log in or sign up, even with singpass and unclear instructions all round. Terrible app for booking facilities with bots running rampant camping the page every 7am.

Delta sports hall. Highly inefficient and useless app. A lot of staff loitering, but nobody bothers to explain that the system is unable to deduct credits and needs to purchase gym pass. Purchased 2 passes than staff informed unable to scan for 2 pax. Wasted money and time.
