Ratings and reviews

Really disappointed. The monitor had great reviews when we were researching but so far has been pretty useless because the app barely responds and often freezes up. It's easier to just hang out near the baby's room and listen for him. Update 6 years later: Same review. Not useful at all when the app rarely works. Will be buying something else from another brand that is reliably going to show my children on the monitor.

I've had it with this app. It is 3:45 AM and I'm leaving a review for an app because it has been a pain from day one. An update just happened, while I was sleeping, and now, the app apparently stops working as soon as you close the screen or move to a different app. Seriously?!? I can't keep my screen on with the app up ALL NIGHT LONG! This is the last straw. I've had to deal with the list of other issues people have rattled off but this is it. I'm getting rid of this monitor ASAP.

So I was having the same problem as everyone else, it wouldn't load at all. It started gradually here or there, then every day, then it wouldn't load at all. I emailed customer service and never ever heard back their customer service sucks, so I figured, reset it. So I did so, reinstalled my device on the app and it's been working smooth since then, if it starts acting up I'll simply re a etc again, although it will start to be a hassle. edit (ITS BECOME A HASSLE)
