Ratings and reviews

While icici is a great bank, the app has multiple issues. One major issue is gtt orders aren't supported on the app. There is no email or alert for gtt order. I don't trade on daily basis and rely on gtt orders as they are long term.I can't even see the orders. It's not easy to switch the account by default it defaults to an account which can accept orders but will not execute orders for me.

This app was working absolutely fine until the last update in Aug 2024. It has now become so worse that it doesnt even open. Cleared cache. Reinstalled. Crashes every single time after opening it. IDirect Customer service is literally not responding to any help. Its been 2 weeks to this situation and I have raised several complaints. Do not download this app.

Need big time upgrade & development. There is no synchronisation of charts & layout between Desktop & App, Charts drawn & saved in desktop are not visible in App. Also App Interface needs to be more transparent and easy,mainly Portfolio & Open position. There is no multiple selection & deletion of stocks option in both desktop & app. The stock charts in watchlist should be opened on directly by clicking on it in desktop rather than to select chart symbol individually.
