Really good app, shocking desktop. Use suggested strong password which works on the first line but not in confirmation so you have no idea what it is. Create your own password and tells you it's incorrect; then you have to go around the houses constantly using temporary passwords and OTPs but never get to log in. This is for initial set up so existing customers may be ok so if you havn't set up your desktop account then I really would recommend you save yourself the hassle and don't bother.

Never had any problems with the App as its very straight forward and everything makes sense. HOWEVER not sure if it's just me but when I go to view my pin it only shows me the first 3 digits and not the 4th...which is VERY annoying because now I have to wait until the pin reminder comes through the post!! So can't even use the card ...not even for contact less!!!

Don't bother if you have an Oppo phone. All my other banking apps work fine on my device except this one - haven't been able to use it in months after a year of being fine - just keeps going to a website telling me it might be my security on my phone isn't good enough. I am neurodivergent and will be looking to change credit card providers now as I need to be able to pay quickly or I forget - I feel sorry for anyone who can't get credit elsewhere.
