With their current Zelle implementation, it's been absolutely atrocious and it doesn't work for me on my end to send or receive money. Can't even go back to the original Zelle app because it forces you to use your bank Zelle implementation instead. Don't deploy something fully wide without doing small tests or something along those lines!

Great. The customer service has always been decent. I've only had one weird issue with some obvious kid talking about his banking experience- was wondering what that had to do with my account questions( which were basic).

the mobile deposit camera is useless. i have to turn the check vertical for it to show in the camera as horizontal. this is in portrait and landscape on the phone. i can never get close enough to the check for it to take.
