Even though I have tried every solution, the app is displaying "your device has security risks" every time I open it. I'm not able to even open the app, how can I upload the documents? (P.S, Full name on launchpad - Arjun Srinivas R)

while I tried to upload documents ,it's showing security risk . I have less time to upload my documents. I am fully stressed.

When opening the app it says that my device has security risks and exits even though I checked and there were no risks found on my device . I have to upload my documents and now I am stressed what should I do?
